ShekharNiyogi: Certianly not. You do not have to stay in the U.S all your life !! You may study Law in the U.S, perhaps work there for a while and then move to any other country to practice law. ShekharNiyogi to kishore: Yes, in U.K you can work up to 20 hours per week when you are on a student visa. That should take care of your living expenses. You will need to take the IELTS or TOEFL iBT and any other test that the university you are applying to specifies. UK fee structure will be about GBP 15,000 per year. Check www.educationuk.org.

ShekharNiyogi: Clevel;and State U is a good school. You may apply to U of Southern california, san Diego State U, NYU, Boston U and several others. Scholarships are awarded on a merit basis by the universities in the U.S.

ShekharNiyogi: You will need to select the schools carefully so that they match your academic and extra curricular profile. Dop not overreach. be pragmatic in your choices. Look at NYU, savannah College of Art & Design, Academy of Art U, san Franscisco, U of Florida, Yale U etc. Check the Harvard U website for application norms.

ShekharNiyogi: Generally you will need a four year Bachelor degree to be eligible for a MS program in any US university. You need to do well in the GRE and TOEFL iBT tests. The higher the undergraduate score you have the better it is. However, do not be disheartened if you have a mediocre score as the universities will appraise your application in totality and not just based upon marks.

ShekharNiyogi: You should concentrate on getting very good marks in Class 10, 11 and 12 mide year exams. Take the SAT 1 and SAT 2 subject tests. Do as well as you can in them. Take the TOEFL iBT too. Research the universities that you will apply to, check www.collegeboard.com. There are many universities at par with the Indian IITs and some better than them too. I suggest that you apply in India and the U.S and then choose the best option available to you.

ShekharNiyogi: You nmeed clarity about the reputation of the institution overseas before you committ yourself. Twinning programs are good if they help you pay a lesser sum for the first two years and then you get to be awarded a degree from a univ abroad. provided that university is worhtwhile graduating from. All universities abroad will not give you the value and recognition that you are looking for.

ShekharNiyogi: Ohio State U, Pennsylvania State U, Iowa State U, Texas A&M univ, U of Florida, SUNY BUffalo. He should write good SOP.

ShekharNiyogi: There are scholarships available based on merit. You should take the GMAT and TOEFL iBT tests and do very well in them. Check Boston U, Michigan State U, Purdue U, New York U, U of Virginia, and several others. Write a clearly defined SOP with clarity of goals and intent.

ShekharNiyogi: In UK I would recommend U of Warwick, UCL, Manchester, Lancaster, U of Durham, U of Leeds, U of Sussex. However, M.Sc management programs are available in many other universities too. S'pore go for NUS or NTU.

ShekharNiyogi: You should definitely concentrate on getting better grades since you have enough time time to pull up your average. Take the GRE only when you are confident of doing really well. Scholarships and admission are offered on the basis of good scores all round. Also a lucid SOP is neded.

ShekharNiyogi: www.nus.edu.sg, http://www.ntu.edu.sg and www.smu.edu.sg. Check out these three universities. Other than these there are INSEAD, U of Chicago GSB, S.P.Jain S'pore campus.

ShekharNiyogi: For job opportunities in Australia with Indian degrees and work experience you will have to check with the employers that you are targeting. You could study a MBA (HR) program in Singapore or Australia for one year. Or any other course that is relevant to the professional work that you will choose to build your career on.

ShekharNiyogi: U of Toronto, McGill U, U of York, U of Alberta, U of Western Ontario, U of British Columbia, U of Ottawa among others. Tuition is about CDN 20,000 to 25,000 and living expenses are about CDN 600 -700 per month. Not many co-ops are available easily although summer internships are plentiful.

ShekharNiyogi: You should search for the Uuniversities that will admit applicants with your credentials for their Doctoral programs. The GRE and TOEFL iBT are always important so do very well in them. You may write to a few professors witrh your CV to check their repsonse but mostly tthey like to actively consider you once you have sent in your application. US, UK and germany are all good options although the latter does not have too many programs that are conducted in English at the PhD level.

ShekharNiyogi: You may study in a good US or UK university. Ceritifications required will depend upon each individual country's laws and regulations.
